Areas of Responsibility
We are looking for experienced applicants in the following fields:
- Permaculture & Garden – planning, soil building, compost, maintenance
- Cooking & Nutrition – vegetarian kitchen, menu planning, retreat support
- Off‑Grid Systems – solar, pumps, filtration, rainwater systems
As a team leader, you structure workflows, guide helpers and collaborate closely with the core team.
Season Duration & Framework
This program runs for the entire season (spring to autumn). Short‑term stays are not possible.
